• All booking slots are for 50 minutes.
  • Please be mindful of the booking times and do not arrive early or leave late. If you arrive late for a booking, you cannot extend your time. Our time slots aim to avoid any crossover between customers. If for any reason you can not leave on time, please contact us on 07341163130.
  • If you arrive for your booking and the field is or appears to be occupied, please do not enter and contact us on 07341163130.
  • Secure the gate on entering and leaving the field.
  • Please park in the designated parking areas, do not attempt to drive onto the fields.
  • Poop happens but please pick up after your dog and dispose of it in any of the bins provided on site.
  • Please do not allow your dogs to climb the fences or dig.
  • The agility equipment is solely for the use of dogs, it is not meant for adults or children. Dogs are to be supervised by their owners when using this equipment at all times.
  • Please leave the fields as you would like to find them.
  • We do not take responsibility for any injury or damage to persons and/or personal property whilst on site.
  • Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on site.
  • XL bullies are more than welcome to utilise the fields, but the certificate of exemption and proof of insurance must be provided prior to booking.
  •  We reserve the right to exclude customers who choose not to follow our terms and conditions.
  • Any changes to bookings must be made more than 24rhs in advance. Any cancellations with more than 24hrs notice will be refunded but a £1 administration fee will be chargeable.
  • The standard booking fee is for one dog per 50 minute slot. Additional dogs will be charged at an extra £1 per dog per slot.
  • The person who makes the booking needs to be present during the booking. If they are not, we require the attendees details prior to the booking time.
  • If your dog is sick or has a communicable disease, they must not be brought onto site.
  • Bookings are non transferrable and no subletting of the fields is permitted.
  • Keep gates to the fields locked and secured at all times.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw permission to use the facility at our discretion, for example on the basis of weather conditions, or where individuals have not complied with the conditions of use. Subject to the reason for the withdrawal of the facility, any advanced payment may be refunded. However, we shall be under no liability for any other expenses incurred or loss sustained by the customer as result of the use of the facility being withdrawn at our sole discretion.
  • The fields are part of the natural environment and although maintained, there may be natural hazards for example, sticks, branches, stones, small holes, uneven ground and stinging nettles in the fields. Weather conditions may also impact upon these conditions. We accept no liability for injury caused by natural conditions.
  • Please take all personal dog toys and training aids with you on leaving the field, being particularly mindful to remove any broken toys or balls. Tennis balls in particular pose a serious choking risk to any dog.
  • At no time should any dog(s) be tethered to any structures on site, e.g. Fencing, Posts, Gates.
  • Dogs should not be left unattended at any time. You are required to accompany your dog(s) at all times to be aware of what they are doing, and can ensure they are safe.
  • All Dog Trainers must provide a copy of their Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance prior to be granted permission to use the field facility. Similarly, Dog Walkers must provide a copy of their Public Liability Insurance. Inability to provide a copy will mean that permission to use the field will be withheld. Insurances must be kept up to date and valid for the intended duration of use of the field.
  • We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time. Any variations so made should be deemed to be incorporated in these conditions.​​
